Cultural Center – Highway 51 and Main Street, Madison, MS Competition: There will be four separate competition categories [Chicken, Pork Ribs (loin or spare), Pork (Boston Butt/Picnic/Whole Shoulder) and Beef Brisket.} A team may compete in one, two, three, or all four categories. Competition:
There will be 4 separate categories [1.Chicken, 2.Pork Ribs (loin or
spare), 3.Pork (Boston Butt/Picnic/Whole Shoulder) and 4.Beef
Brisket] to compete in. A
team may compete in one, two, three, or all four categories. To
be in competition for Grand Champion, you must be entered in all
four categories. There
will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
for each category and then a Grand Champion.
Entry fees: $125 to enter any one category, $175 to enter any two
categories, $225 to enter three categories, $250 to enter all four
categories. Applications must be post marked no later than October
2, 2009. To enter the competition, you can obtain the
